  • 1 cup pulao rice
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1/4th cup chopped onion
  • 1/4th cup chopped carrot
  • Some green chili
  • 3 tbsp chopped long beans
  • 1/4th cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • One egg
  • 2 tsp soya sauce

Step 1:

For the Chicken Marinate:

In the first place, take 1 cup of boneless chicken. I slice the chicken into thin slices. Add 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp soya sauce, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix with chicken. You can marinate this chicken for half an hour. But here I take boneless chicken, so if you don’t have much time, cook this immediately.
