Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 300g chicken mince
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tbsp chopped oregano leaves, dried
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb of mozzarella cheese
  • Three chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of ground black pepper
  • 12 oz chopped kale, green beans, and spinach (washed)
  • 4 tbsp of Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Thyme leaves

Instructions

  • Firstly, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Then, take a skillet pan and add butter and white wine on medium heat.
  • Once it is heated through and bubbles slightly, add more butter, garlic, oregano leaves, and chopped thyme leaves. If you don’t like thyme, leave it out.
  • Once the flame is on high, add chicken mince, mushrooms, chopped oregano leaves, and kale (if used). Cook on medium heat for around 8 minutes while stirring continuously. At this time, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • After about 8 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat and add spinach, green beans, and Kikkoman Soy Sauce. Then, top with a layer of chopped kale, green beans, and spinach.
  • Finally, grate some mozzarella cheese over the pasta and grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella before cooking for another 2-3 minutes at medium heat. Then it can be served with a salad or cooked vegetables.

Notes

  1. Kale and spinach can be used interchangeably. Wash the greens, squeeze out the water, and chop them finely with a knife.
  2. The mushrooms added to the sauce should be sliced into equal sizes, so they cook evenly. Squeeze out the mushrooms’ juice before adding minced garlic and seasoning with salt, pepper, black pepper, and thyme leaves using a garlic press or chop off their caps using a knife.
  3. For children, Kikkoman Soy Sauce tastes different from ordinary soy sauce, so it should not be used in large quantities since it is low in fat.
  4. Lemon juice and oregano leaves can also be used instead of thyme leaves if you prefer that way.
